Do you really know what you need?  More importantly, do you know what your customers need?

Relationships matter.  Just as I will encourage you to develop strong and vibrant relationships with you clients and customers, I will practice what I preach.  These are not just companies, or brands, or businesses… they are people first and foremost.  It is my desire to be treated like a friend and I will extend you the same courtesy.

First and foremost, Friends deal with each other honestly.  If you come to me with a problem I will do my best to give you an answer to it, but rarely does any problem exist in a vacuum.  Your customers are not coming to you like they used to, or your marketing communications need to be more effective, these are usually symptoms of larger issues.  Together we will deal with those problems in a holistic and powerful way.

We will go through several phases:

  1. StoryCrafting – Designing your company meta-narrative and finding your customer’s
  2. StoryMerge – Where do your narrative and their narrative intersect?
  3. Relationship Building – Now that you know what you want to say, where, when, and how are you going to say it?
  4. Creating Fandom – How do you take it to the next level so that you engage your clients to sell for you?
  5. The Bigger Picture – Why do you do what you do?  What about the competition?  What is your place in the larger narrative?
