		<description>Without knowing the situation you are referencing... my guess would be that you have either mis-judged or have been misinformed about the person&#039;s ACTUAL expectations and therefore it will be nearly impossible to exceed them.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Just because a person tells you something will make them happy doesn&#039;t mean it actually will.  We often don&#039;t know our own minds and in some cases people will be outright deceptive.  You would do well to look at past behavior to get a better idea of his or her future expectations.  What we have expected in the past or strived to accomplish in the past is a good indication of what we want down the road.</description>
